for the said City and Liberties thereof etc an Information And thereby Inforemeth Us
that

of the Parish of Saint Christopher Le Stock
within the City of London
aforesaid after the Twenty first day of December
in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and twenty one To wit on the Twenty Ninth Day of November in the Year of our
Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty four Did in the Same Parish within the City aforesaid keep an Office under the Denomination
of a Sale of Plate and Jewels for the Improvement of Small Sums of money and did then and there expose to Sale Certain Plate Jewells
by Way of Lottery by Ticketts numbered and did at the Same time and Place aforesaid Publish a Scheme or Proposal for the Selling by
Subsciption the Same Plate and Jewels supposed to be of the Value of Three thousand Pounds in Sixty thousand Shares at One
Shilling each Share the said Plate and Jewels to be divided among the Proprietors of such Shares by the Chances of the Prizes in
the Publick Lottery Established and allowed by an Act of Parliament made at a Session of Parliament held at Westminster
on the
first Day of December in the Seventeenth Year of the reign of his present Majesty Entitled an Act for raising by Annuities
and a Lottery in Manner therein mentioned the Sum of One Million, Eight hundred, thousand pounds at three Pounds Per Centum
Per Annum for the Service of the Year One thousand Seven hundred and forty four And on the Same Twenty Ninth Day of November
in the said Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and forty four at London
aforesaid at the Parish aforesaid did deliver
out two of the said Ticketts to one

for and in Consideration of two Shillings of lawfull money of this Real in
by him advanced for the Same to entitle him to the Chance of two Shares of the Plate and Jewells aforesaid according to the Scheme
aforesaid contrary to the form of the Statute in that Case made and provided Whereby he hath forfeited the Sum of Five hundred
Pounds One third part thereof to his Majesty his heirs and Successors And one other third part thereof to the Informer and the
remaining third Part thereof to the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Christopher Le Stocks where the said Offence was committed
And thereupon the said
