within mentioned but the Same being now fully & duely proved on the
Oath ofa Credible Witness I Do Convict
him of the Offence in the within written Information charged And
It is therefore now here considered & adjudged by Me the said
Justice that the sd. Deft Francis Baker< no role > hath forfeited the within
mentioned Sum ofto be distributed as
the Law directs
