Take Notice that the petition and Appeal of James
Jefferson which you had Notice of to be Tryed on Tuesday the Eighth day of
this instant may will be Tryed at the Adjourn day of this present
General Session of the peace holden for the City of London at the
Guildhall thereof on Tuesday the Twenty Second day of the same
Month of May at Eight of the Clock in the forenoon of the same day
or so soon after as the Court will be Sitting Dated this 18th: day of
May 1744.
