doth intend to petition and Appeal at the next
General Session of the peace holden for the City of London
at the Guild hall
thereof on Tuesday the eighth day of May next at eight of the Clock in the forenoon
of the same day or as soon after ast he Court will be Sitting in Order for his being
discharged from his Apprenticeship with You for that you do not Imploy teach
and Instruct him in the Art and Business of a Silverer
nor find him Lodging
Meat Drink and other Necessarys as by your Indenture you ought and are
Oblidged to do And also for that he is not legally your Apprentice for that the
Indentures entered into by him and You are Void by reason the said James was
never discharged from his former Master one

Fifteenth day of June one thousand Seven hundred and thirty Seven a true
Copy of which Indenture is hereunto Annexed Witness my hand this 30th. day of April
