Know all then by these Presents That We William Winter< no role > of
the Parish of Saint Andrew Holbourn in the County
of Middlesex Clothworker and Elizabeth< no role > his wife
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claymed and by these presents
Do Remise Release and for ever quitt clayme unto Mary Smith< no role > of
Thames Street London wife of Christopher Smith< no role >
Mariner to the said Christopher Smith< no role > and likewise
to Sarah the wife ofSarah Benjamin Verney< no role > of
Thames Street aforesaid [..] Clothworker their and
oath of their Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Christopher Smith< no role >

them we now have or
ever had and which We our or either of Heirs
