Maketh Oath That he this Depont.
this day about twelve of the Clock at Noon Came
to Mr. William Moore< no role >
at the Old Bailey Coffee
houses
Adjoyuing to the Session House Yard
in Order to Speak with the said Mr. Moore who
told this Depont. that he was then taken into
Custody
by One James Moore< no role >

an Officer or Turnkey
belonging to the Marshall
of the Kings Bench Prison, And tho' the said
Mr. Moore told the said Turnkey in this Deponts.
presence & hearing that he then had a
Habeas Corpus ad Testificard unto Give
Evidence agt. the Dept in this Cause Signed by
the Lord Cheif Justices Lee which Habeas corpus was then
peoduced and read to the said Turnkey & acquainted
with the Contents thereof Yet he she said Turnkey
Notwithstanding the same was so produced and
read to him as afed. took the said Moore away
in Order to Carry him to the King Bench Prison
as the Same time Declaring that the said
Habeas Corpus was Informat for want of
a Return thereto and [..] this Deponent
