The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of
Hornsey in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order under the hands and
Seals of The Right Honble. George Heathcote< no role > Esqr .
Mayor and Richard hoare< no role > Esqr . two of His Maties
Justices of the peace for the City of London (one
being of the Quorum) bearing date the 20th. day of
July last Elizabeth sinkfield< no role > Widow of Richard
sinkfield< no role > Deceased was removed and Conveyed from
the parish of St. Bridget vulgarly St. Brides in the
said City to the said parish of Hornsey as the
place of her last legal Settlemt.

Yor Petrs. think themselves aggrieved by
the Order of the said two Justices of the
peace, Appeale to this Court against
the same and humbly pray your Worship
will be pleasd to appoint a day for the
bearing and Determining the same

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever pray etc.
