The Humble Petition & Appeal of the
Church Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of Alhallows Staining London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seals of your Lordship & Sir William Billers< no role > Knt . & Aldran
Two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City of London
& the Liberties thereof (one being of the Quorum) bearing
Date the Twenty Sixth Day of July last past, Morgan Meriter
Morgan< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his Wife , were Removed from the Parish
of St. Stephen Coleman street London, unto the Parish of
Alhallows Staining London aforesaid, alledging the sd. Parish
of Alhallows Staining to be the Place of their last legall Settlemt.

That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves agrieved
by the said Warrant or Order Do appeal to yor Lordship
and Worp. therefrom, And humbly pray that you [..]
