who StandswasIndicted at the Sessions of Or Etc held for the
City of London
in February lastandfor a Wilful & corrupt Pjury
and who did at the Said Sessions appear and Plead Hot Guilty to the
Said Indictment and at this Psent Sessions Should have tried his Traverse upon sd. Indictmt. But now moved in Court by his
Councill for puting of the Said Tryal untill the next Sessions he
having a Material Witness one Benedictus Andrias< no role >

and could not Safely proceed to Tryal without
his Testimony as alledged in his affidavit Whereupon it is ordered by this Court That
the Tryal of the Said Abraham Andrews< no role >
be accordingly put
off till the next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be lead for the Said City
and that the Deft. Andrews pay Such reasonable Costs to the
prosecutor as Shall be taxed by the Clerk of the Peace of the City of London or his Deputy
for the Expences of the present Sessions in delaying the Said Tryal upon the said
