drowning of

as follows
And first the said William Clark< no role >
on his Oath Saith that &
Yesterday about one of the Clock in the afternoon one
Richard Sayles< no role >
and the Deceased was in a boate together near
the three Crains London and theraning to Sight with each other
that they being both very much in Loquor [..] went to part
them and did accordingly Seperate them notwithstanding which they
gett together again twice after both which times he also parted
them but they gott together again and there being Severall
Casks of Yest in the boat on which they were a Scuffelling
Sayles gave Taylor a push and the Casks being Shippery his
foot Slipped and he fell over board and was drowned that
thereon the Said Sayles was in a Surprise and attempted to
Jump over board to Save [..] the Deceased but this Informant catched
hold him & prevented him least he might likewise be
drownedthebeing much in Liquor as aforesaid and further

on his Oath Saith that
he being about twenty Yards Distant in a Lighter he Saw the
Said Scuffle but cannot Say whether they were a quarrelling
or not that there were Severall casks of Yeast in the boat which
were Slippery at lopp and that in the Scuffle Taylor Sell over
beard [..] and was drowned and that Sayles had likely

and see both Sayle and Taylor a Scuffelling together and
that the Deceased Taylor desired Sayle to lett him above
