Sheweth

That by Vertue of an order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands and Seals of two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the City of London one being of
th Quorum bearing Date the 17th: day of December
1736: Whereby Mary Poston< no role > Widow was removed
from & out of the parish of St: Michael at
Queenhith London into our said parish of Saint
Mary Abchurch London as the place of herlast
legall Settlement

by the sd. Order or Pass Warrant
And humbly Appeal agt. the
