Severally make
Oath And first the said Defendant Saith That he having given Notice
for the Tryall of this Indictment he did Fee his Councell Subpence his
Witnesses did attend near the Court along with them on Fryday Saturday
and Monday last in Order to have Tryed the said Indictment But being
advised and verily be leiving that the Tryall thereof would not be
brought on untill all Feloneys were Tryed and that all the said Felonys
were not Tryed untill after Eight of the clock last Night he was advised
and beleived that he might Safely defeir his Succeeding untill this day
And that his Recognizance would not be Estrcuted in the noon time And
this Desire out Walter Spooner Saith that he did this Morning about Eight
of the Clock lease A Copy of the notice hereunto Annext at the Chambers
of Mr Thomas Vaughan< no role >
in the Inner Temple
London with his clerk
