Anne Brockett< no role > , by the Names and Additions of George Brocket< no role > [..]
of London Goldsmith and Anne< no role > his Wife , which [..]
was One of theDaughters ofRoger [..]
in the Parish of St. Andrew in theIsland of Jamaica Esquire
deceased , Seal and as their Acts and Deeds deliver, to the
Uses and Purposes therein mentioned and contained the
Release or Deed Poll now Exhibited unto him this Deponent,
bearing date the Eighteenth day of May in the Year of Our
Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Fourteen, And that
he this Deponent as a Witness to the Sealing and Delivery
thereof, did thereunto Subscribe his Name, as thereby it
doth and may Appear; And this Deponent Further Saith,
That he was also Present and did See Edmund Edlyne< no role > of
Woodford in the County of Essex Esquire , and the Said George
Brockett Sign their Names to a Memorandum, Endorsed on
the back of the Said Release or Deeds Poll, and that he this
Deponent as a Witness to the figuring of the Said Memorandum,
did there unto Likewise Subscribe his Name, as thereby it
also doth and may Appear
