Gent upon his Oath saiththat about these
W [..] this deponent being informed
that Peter Buck< no role > now a prisoner in New Prison
& who was admitted are Evidence against
Daniel Tipping< no role > & others the last Sessions
at the old Bayley other [..] saith
that the said and Peter Buck< no role > didwith others
in his Company did Assault knock down
& rob this deponent of a snuff box values
fifteen shilling & a handkerchief value three
shillings & Six pence on the 24 day of May
last between the hours of Ten & Eleven at
Night in the lower End of Chancery Lane in
the City of London near at Tavern door
where there was a Lamp [..] then burning
by which light & the Moon then Shineing this
deponent is very Certain that the sd Peter Buck< no role >
Was the very person that robbd him
