Threadwood to Street and by Delivering another Copy of such notice to a Woman belonging to the
sd. Mr. North's at two house in Devonshire Street

Sessions Might be Vacated and Discharged and this Depont. Saith the sd.
Mr. Wall is the Generall and Standing Attorney & Sollicitor
for the said Governr. &
Company of the Bank of England
in all or most of their Affairs And the
said Mr. North has Appear'd as their Deponts. is Informed/immediately in this
Prosecution
but as their Depont. beleives only under the Direction of the said
Mr. Wall and this Depont. did likewise on the same Twenty first Day of
their Instant April leave a Letter for sd. Edwrd Bellamy the Govr. & of the
Bank at the said Sr.
