Oath that the time when this Depont. first applyed to
being over Levie Samuel in this Deponte first affidt
menconed to come over to England to be Witness for this
Depont. in this Cause was by Letter writt by this Dept,.
& sentover to Holland on the Tuesday next after the
last Sessions and this Dept. did by the sd Letter &
Severall other Letters since sent past after post used
his Utmost Endeavours to bring over the said Levie
Samuel to be prsent at this Sessions But was not
able by his Utmost Endeavours to procure him to come
over
