Sheweth
That by Indenture bearing date the Fifth day of
September 1726 Your Petitioner was bound to the
said
Jonathan Spalding< no role >
a fan maker
, whereby he
was to Serve his said Master after the Manner
of an Apprentice
for the Term of Seven Years from
the date of the said Indenture Pursueant to the
covenants therein Contained, which your Petitioner
to the Utmost of his Power hath end endeavoured to
discharge with fidelity to his said Master Not withstand
which the said

hath not allowed
unto your said Petitioner Sufficient Necessarys
dureing the Sickness Your Petitioner hath been afflicted
with since the Comencement of his said Apprentiship or
doth he Allow any Apparell Pursueant to the Covenants
in the said Indenture, but on the Contrary hath often
Immederately beat and Corrected him without any
Just Cause
Wherafore Your Petitioner humbly prays
your Lordship and Worships will be se
good as to Discharge him from his said
Master or made such order therein as
to your Lordship and Worships shall Seen
most meet
