The Informacon of Daniel Elks< no role > taken upon
Oath this 21st. day of January 1730

Who sayeth that about three months ago he this Informt.
in Company with one Christopher Billing< no role > about ten of
the Clock at Night went to the house of one Jno Tayler< no role >
who keeps a Basket shop in Bishopsgate street and took out a
pin of the Window and this Informt. took down one of
the Window Shutters and went into the house and the
said Christopher Billing< no role > when this Informt. was got in
put up the said Shutter and this Informt. further
that he went up stairs in the sd house and stele from
thence three Muslin Aprons two handkerchiefs one pin
of Window Curtains one Table Cloth one Napkin one
Shirt one Shift Six strous hatts two Leghorne hatts part of which
he pawned in Whitegate Alley , And this Informt. farther
sayeth that he in Company with James Hardy< no role > and
Thomas Edwards< no role > did on the Ninth instant about seven
& Clock in the evening take from a Girl in Steward Street
near Spittle Square two shillings And this Informt.
farther sayeth that on the twelveth Instant he this
Informt. in Company with the sd Thos Edwards< no role > went to
the flower Pott in Bishopsgate Street and stole from thence
a Silver Punch Ladle & a Brass Candle Stick, And this
Informt. farther sayeth that about three of four nights
ago he this Informt. in Company with the said Thomas
Edwards & James Hardy< no role > took from a Lad in Dirty Lane Southwark
about ten at Night his hatt which was pawned by one
Hannah Hardy< no role > at one Wm King< no role > a Chandler in the [..]
for a half Quarters Loaf & a Pennyworth of Cheese
