on the Eleventh day of this Instant June in the said
Parish of Saint Gyles without Cripplegate

contrary to the forme of the Statute in that Case made
and provided Expose and Sell Two penny Loaves of
Wheaten Bread wanting of weight eleven ounces and
Six drams According to the late Assize of Bread which
said Bread was weighted according to the directions
of theAct of Parliament made for that
purpose that is to Say within Twenty four hours
after the same was Exposed to Sale and bought one
of which said Loaves weighed twelve ounces and
Six drams and the other Thirteen Ounces and no
more And the said

being duely Sumoned
to Answer the said Complaint who appearing before
me this Day And the truth of the premisses being fully
proved by the Oath of the said

duely Sworn and Examined in the Presence of the
said

who having nothing to alledged as a
just Cause to acquitt himself of the said Charge I Do
adjudge him the said

Guilty of the said Offenced
And do Convict him of the same And also do Adjudge
that he hath forfeited One pound Fifteen Shilling
for the said Offence to the said Thomas
