This Examinant Saith That onWednesdayTuesday the
2d of this Instant June This Examinant standing
at the Doors of his Shop in Ludgate Street

prisoner

young to unloadinghis Cart at the
Shop of Mr. Hoole opposite to the Shop of this
Exaiant And that he this Exaiant saw the Deced
drive his Cart against the head of the horse in
the Cart which was so unloading by the sd.

who was standing by the side of
& unloading who sd. Cart Whereupon the said

came up to the Deced and Struck
him on the face or Head with his fist on wth
the Deced struck the sd. Lee on the head wth.
his Whip and the sd. Edwd. Lee< no role >
then struck the
Deced again with his fist on His face or head
whereby he the deced fell to the ground &
before the could recover himselfe one of the
Wheels
of the Deced's own Cart (which this
Exaiant did not perceive had been stoppd) went
(as this Exaiant apprehends) over the head of the
Deced which this Exaiant beleives to be the
occasion of the death of the deced Thomas
