was this day legally Convicted before me for Selling
hoope my Bricks or Loaves of Wheaten Bread the
Eleventh day of this Instant June Wanting of their
just wright five ounces and four Drams whereby
he forfeited the sume of One found five shillings
to the Informer according to the direccons of the
Acts of Parliament in that Case made & provided
Given under my hand and Seal this Twelfth
day of June 1730
