did Break open the Shop Window of one Mr.
Richd Riecets< no role > & Comp. in Goodmans yard
the Minors & did take out Some Pews
of Iron & an Iron spindle on it & that
James Rogers< no role > was the man that Broke open
the shop Window & this Exams. did Enter in
at the same & tooke the Iron & spindle
Offere said & did Deliver the same to
Niece Nedd< no role > . & this Exams. farther Says.
some people Comeing by & per ceiveing
the Window Broke Open miler up fed the
from doeing farther Damage & that
he this Depont. did Endeavr. to Escape but
being pursued was taken & that Roger
a New Ned did make there Escape
