Contained to the best of this Deponents Knowledge and Belief a Copy of the
Draught so drawn by Mr Tanner according to the Judges Directions and in the
other another a Draught in Substance the same with that so as aforesaid
before Insisted an by the Councel for the Prosecutors as by the sd Draught in as appear and this DeponentHugh Watson< no role > saith that he hath Since by the Defondes. & Direction Signifyed to
the Agent for the Prosecutors that he is Willing to abide by the Draughts
so as aforesaid drawn by Mr Tanner But both these Deponents are
Informed that the Agents for the Prosecutors insist on there own Draught
so as afroesaid before Insisted or notwithstanding the Judges aforesaid Order
and the Draught Prpared pursuant thereto. And these Depts.
further say that the Deft. Mr Huggins is upward of
seventy years of age as this Depts is are informed & believe,
And that he is much impaired and decayed in his
heatte by reason of his long Imprisonment as these
Depts. wely believe, they having frequently visited him
in Newgate during his Confinement
