That the sd Fitzpatrick Turner and this Examinant about Twelve Months
since stole from the Cross Daggers near Doctors Commons a Silver Tunkard wch.
was disposed of by the said Sarah Turner< no role >

That Jane Holmes< no role > and this Examinant sometime since Easter last stole from
Mr Hibberts Shop in Ludgate Street a Cherry Coloured ground Veachan silk of abot
Three and Twenty yards or therabouts for wch she reced of the sd. Holmes for her
Share a Guinea

That the same Day wth. the said Jane Holmes< no role > this Examinant stole from ye sd shop
a pick colour'd Three Quarter mautua silk abot. Forty yards which Jane Holmes< no role >
informed this Examinant that she disposed off for Three Shillings and Six pence p
yard and paid this Examinant her Share according to the same rate

That she this Examinant with the sd. Holmes sometime before Easter last stole
out of a mercers shop the Black Raven behind St. Clements Church a piece of Whits
Taby of abot. thiry bels wch ye. sd. Holmes disposed off and gave his Examinant for
her share Two pounds Fifteen shillings and this Examinant careyed the sd goods
to Hannah Briton< no role > als Bradshagh< no role > who would you only Three shillings p yard for
the same and the sd Briton Queen the same to be stolen
That Fitzpatrick Sarah Turner< no role > and this Examinant about four months since
stole from Mercers Shop the Corner of pateruster Row next Cheapside a Turkey
silk of abot. Twenty and Seaven yards which was taken & disposed off by Fitzpatrick
att Two Shillings p yard

That Fitzpatrick & Turner have acknowledged to this Examinant that they stole
from the Seaven Stars on Ludgate Hill a yellow and White Thread Satin half Ellwede
of abt Forty yards wch they confessed they sold for Two shillings a yard
that Fitzpatrick and this Deponent near Eighteen months since stole from Mr.
stone & Holmes shop mercers on Ludgate Hill a peice of Green half Ellwide Sattin
of about Tenn yards which was dispos'd of by the said Fitzpatrick
That Fitzpatrick and this Examinant abot. Easter last goeing unto a Mercers shop
near Aldgate mett Mary Robinson< no role > & Jane Holmes< no role > in ye. Shop wch. Holmes said to this
Examinant Don't you for we have which this Examinant understood to mean that they
had stole something there had this Examinant said presently after a black silk under
Holmes Cloak wch. they acknowledge they had stole from the into shop

That Fitzpatrick and this Examinant abot. Two Years and a half since stole from ye.
Rising Sunn on Ludgate hill abot. Twenty two yards of Red & white Sattin wch. was sold by
Fitzpatrick who paid her her share for the same
