on to puts a [..] to wch this Deponent was Intituled in this own right

Transpored from this Deponent Amount by Virtue of four severall
Letters of Attorney Purporting to be made to William Rhodes< no role > Which
severall powers [..] been produced to this Deponent by one
of the Clerks of the said Company at the Transfer letter of the
South Pen Company [..] Dellaroth the said Letters of
allowance so [..] to this Deponent and [..] of the are forged
[..] or debuted by this sd Deponent And this Deponent
for the said that three hundred and fifty pounds four Shillings
and Eleven pounds [..]

of this Deponent desired that Orders might be given to persuet
him the said parish as this Deponents Allorsey to Examine
Coppies of the Severall Letters of Attorney by which the Clerk and
[..] of this Depoent hath been Transfered by William
Rhodes It being advised to recite such powers Verbatin in the
Indictment prepared to be preferred against the said Rhodes to
the Grand Inques for London at the then next Sessions for forging
the said powers and fraudulently Transferring this Deponents
Sock thereby and that the Clerk or Clerks who witnessed such
Transferes may Attend on Notice with the Cooks thereof and
