This Deft Wild maketh Oath That He this Depont. was
accidentally informed that last night the Grand Jury had found a [..]
for felony against him whereupon this Dept. ordered
that Notice should be given to Mr Paxton that this Court
would this day be moved to grant this Deft some
reasonable time to prpare for his Tryal for that two
of this Depont materiall witnesses in this Cause [..]
in Ye Countrey one in Somerset Shire & is a Clothier &
the oyer near Brentford without whose Testimony
this Deft saith That he cannot make his Just &

that the names of one of his witnesses is Hayes & die kerp the
