Dnus Rex a Butterworth

This Depont. maketh Oath that she was Imployed as a nurse to looke after
the Deft. Butterworth in the time of his Illness which happned upon him
abt. three weeks ago & that dureing her time of looking after the Deft
he was so verry Ill that he could not gett from out of his Bedd without
being lifted out & this depont. farther sayeth that his life is still
dispaired of & that he is now us such a weak condicon that he is in no
way able to attend any where on any occasion any farther then in his
own Chamber & further sayeth that he deft. is at this time in a more
likely way of dying them recovery
