Abraham Rogers< no role > the prosecutor in this Cause maketh
oath That two very materiall wittnesses for this Deponent in
this Cause vizt. Henry March< no role > & John Parkes< no role > are in the Countrey a great way distant from
London and have been there for about this Fortnight past as
this Deponent has been credibley informed & which he veriley
beleives but in what Countrey or whereabouts this Deponent
cannot inform himselfe though he has made the utmost
enquiry after them so that this Deponent cannot have the
benefitt of their Testimony this present Sessions but is
likewise informed and beleives that they the said March &
Parkes will been London the latter end of the next week
