This Examinant Wm Ripp in Saith That he met with Benjamin
Jones< no role > , & another person on the Keys and they desired him to go & Steal
tobacco who being in Want consented and Accordingly
they took the Tobacco now produced found on this
Examints Custody which they were to Sell & divide
the money amongst them

This Examt Benjam Jones Saith & Confesseth That
the other Examt entered him to go & Steal tobacco
on the Keys upon which they went together & this
Examt Watched on the Keys upon ye Piles while
the other took the Tobacco now produced out of ye
Hogs head which they out open with a knife and
afterwards this Examt with ye other lodged it in a dark
place under ye Gate way & that Watching opening
the Gates found it there & took it away this morning
