Good & who Say upon their Oathe That Gyles Hill< no role > Late of London Gen God not haveing Etc the 26th day
of August in [..] yeare [..] at the Parrish of St Sepulchers in the Ward of Farringdon without London afresd
with from & or and [..] in & upon the Sayd Nicholas More< no role > in the Peace [..] feloniously Willfully & of his
maline [..] ought did make an Assault & that the Sayd Gyle Hill with a Certaine Sword made [..]
of the Value of 20s the sayd Nicholas [..] More< no role > did Andfeloniously Willfully [..] did Strike & thrust
in Give in unto the Sayd Nicholas More< no role > with the drown Sword afresayd one mortall wound in & upon the
Left side of his body near the Left Arm Pitt of the Length of one Inch & deapth of 10 Inches
of which Sayd Mortall Wound the sayd Nicholas More< no role > did then & there Instantly Dye They fynde
the Sayd Gyles Hill Guilty of Murder but fynde no Goods Chattells Lands or tenemts: to their knowledge
in Wittness Etc

Pray draw a bill of Murder for the Same
And also another bill upon the Statute of
Stabbing
