The humble petition and appearl of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the pish of St. Bridget als Brides

Sheweth

That by vertue of a Warrt. under the hands and Seales of
two of his Majestys Justices of the peace within the City of London
(Quor unus) bearing Date the sd day of April last past
Saml. Greenway< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife and one Child to wit
Charlot Dean< no role > were seal and delivered by the Church
wardens and Overseers of the poor of the precinct of
White Fryers London unto the sd. Pish of St. Bridget als
Brides London alledging the sd. pish to be the place of
their last Legal settlement.

That your petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the sd. Warrt. & Judgmt. of the sd. two Justices
and do was humbly appeal to your Honour & Worps
therefrom

Your petitioners therefore most humbly pray
Your Honr. and Worps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses & ordr. that the Church
wardens and overseers of the poor of the sd.
pish of St. Bridget als Brides may appear
before You & bear & abide ye. Determinacon
of the Court touching the sd. appeal.
