the said County of Middx this
Second Day of Septembr. 1718

These Informants Severally Saith that they were
Prsent at the time of the service of Twenty three
pair of Pistoll Barretts in the house of James
Good< no role > by Gun maker in the Memories & Saith that
the Major part of the Said Barrells were Filed &
some of them the Marks quite Filed out &
Some every plaine & Saith that the said Barrells
had the Governmt. marke on & that they were
the Kings Stores And further these Informts.
Severally Saith That gt ye time of the Seasure
aforesd, these Informt. Asked the said Good by
how those Pistoll Barrells came Filed & the said
Goodby Answered that when his boy had nothing
to doe he made him file them, and said that
he beleived he had those Barrells in his house Seven Years
