The humble peticon of William Hodges< no role >
now a prisoner in Newgate

Sheweth

That yor Petr was Comitted to the Said prison upon Oath for the
Fellonious takeing a peice of Ingott Silver of the Value of three
Pounds

He therefore most humbly prays yor honor would admitted
to be tryed for the said fact this present Sessions or
for want of prosecucon he may be accquitted therefrom
