Thomas Burt< no role > the Defendt. in this Cause maketh Oath
That Mr Langley Hill< no role > is a Materiall Witness for him this
Dept. in this Cause without whose Testimony this Dept.
cannot safely proceed to Tryal of the Indictmt. brought against
him for Perjury And this Dept. further saith That the said
Mr. Langley Hill< no role > has been gone to the Bath sometime for
the Recovery of his health and that he arrived at
Marlborough in his return home from thence on Saturday
night last and that he finds himself so much Indisposed
that his afraid he shall not be able to be here time
enough to Attend at the Tryall of this Cause as by
a Letter which this Dept. saw that Came from he said
Langley Hill< no role > the Contents whereof this Dept. verily
beleives to be true.
