Complaint being the day made unto us two of His Maties.
Justices of the Peace for this Cite and the Liberties thereof (quor)
unns) by you the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poore of the
Parish of St. Barthew the great London That one Esther the wife
of Michael Warren< no role > with Maria her daughter aged three yeares
[..] of thereabouts is lately come into your said Parish not having
obtained any Legall settlemt there and that they are become
chargeable thereto and likely to continue soe unless timely
prevented And forasmuch as upon the exaiacon of Rachel Warren< no role >
Widow Mother of the said Michael Warren< no role > and Relict of John
Warren
< no role > deced father of the said Michael Warren< no role > this day taken
before us upon Oath it appeares unto us That the said John Warren< no role >
deced was resident and Inhitant in the Parish of St. Sepulchers
London by the space of forty daied and upwards next immediately
before the nineteenth day of May one thousand six hundred eighty
and five and for some yeares after and that the said Michael
Warren
< no role > was borne there and hath never obtained any other legall
subsequent settlemt. We the said Justices doe therefore adjudge
the present legall settlemt. of the said Esther Warren & Maira
her daughter to be in the said Parish of St Sepulchers London &
that thitherto they ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in this Maties. name to require You forthwith to
to remove & convey the said Esther Warren< no role > and Maria< no role > her daughter
from & out of your said Parish of St. Barthew the great London to the
said Parish of St. Sepulchers London & them leave with the Churchwardns.
& Overseers of the Poore there or one of them who are hereby required
to receive & pvide for thence according to Law Hereof faile not and this shall
be you Warrt. Given undr. our hands and Seales the twentieth day of
July 1715.

of the respective Parishes of St. Barthow the
Great & St. Sepulchers London Etc}
