The Examination and Confession of Mary Savage< no role > taken
this 29th Day of July Anno Dui 1715 before me St
Thomas Abney< no role > Knt and Alderman one of his Maties
Justices of the peace for the City of London

This Examination confesieth and Saith That about
two of the Clock in his afternoon on this Day She
this Examinant met with a little boy (who name
as She is informed is Nathaniel King< no role > ) in moor Feilds
and when She came with the said Child over against
Long Ally in moor Feilds aforesaid She this Examinant
took a laced Hat and a Coat from the said Childs
person and imediately left him and afterwards
She this Examinant went with the said Hat and
Coat into Bounds ditch to a house over againstthen
Sign of the
an honr Glass makes and sold them to a Woman
who says her name is Sarah Smith< no role > for Ten pence
and no more
