The Informacon of Nathaniel Spurling< no role > of
of Bishopgate Street in the Parish of St: Butholp:
without Bishopgate in the County of Midlesex
victular taken upon oath before me Thomas
Lake
< no role > Esqr one of His Majties. Justices of the peace
of the said Counts Sent the third Day of May 1715
as followeth (vizt)

This InformantsDeponentSaith that on Wednesday the 27th of
Aprill Last past about one of the Clock in the
Afternoon a Chamber door up two pair of Stairs in the
house of the said Nathaniell Spurling< no role > was broken
open and alsoe a Closett door within the said Chamber
and that there was feloniously Stoln out of a
Desike within the Shillings from this Informant (viz) 7 English Guinneas
One [..] French Guinnea and the rest in Silver
and that he hath great reason to Suspect John Wright< no role >
who was then a Lodger in the said house to have
brokeupon the said Doors and Stoln the said mony
for that the said John Wright< no role > was in the said House
a little before one of the clock the same Day and
went up Stairs (when the said Informant Nathaniel
Spurling and his family were at Dinner) under
pretence of putting on a pair of Stockings and
came downe unknwone to this Informant and:
Hath Ever Since absconded from his said Lodgings
And this Informant further Saith that he doth
further suspect the said John Wright< no role > to be Guilty
of the fact aforesaid be the said John Wright< no role > having
this Day in this Informants prsence Confessed the
Same before the said Thomas Lake< no role > Esqr: Justice
of the peace abovesaid
