DeponentSaith that on Wednesday the 27th of
Aprill Last past about one of the Clock in the
Afternoon a Chamber door up two pair of Stairs in the
house of the said
Nathaniell Spurling< no role >
was broken
open and alsoe a Closett door within the said Chamber
and that there was feloniously Stoln out of a
Desike within the Shillings from this Informant (viz) 7 English Guinneas
One
[..] French Guinnea and the rest in Silver
and that he hath great reason to Suspect

who was then a Lodger in the said house to have
brokeupon the said Doors and Stoln the said mony
for that the said

a little before one of the clock the same Day and
went up Stairs (when the said Informant Nathaniel
Spurling and his family were at Dinner) under
pretence of putting on a pair of Stockings and
came downe unknwone to this Informant and:
Hath Ever Since absconded from his said Lodgings

further suspect the said
