upon her Examination before me doth likewise
Confess and acknowledge That upon the
earnest persuasion of the said Ann Hitch< no role >
This Examt: on the same fourth day of
Novemb did go along with her and one
Sarah Stacy the wife of John Stacy< no role > (who
was likewise to have another third part of
the money) to Doctors Commons and there this
Examt: did Swear that she was the widow of
the said Jones and other matters as is contained
in an Affidt: sworn by this Examt. before Dr: Penrice
where to this Examt: sett her marke in the
name of Mary Jones< no role > as widow of the said John
Jones< no role > and this Examt: likewise sett her marke
to a Bond which She entred into at Dors: Commons
in order to take out the Administration and
the said Ann Hitch< no role > as Security for this
Examt: likewise sett her mark to the said
Bond by the name of Ann Hattrell and this
Examt: further saith That Sarah Stacy before
named was present at all the Transactions
aforesaid and was a Confederate with the sd.
Ann Hitch< no role > being to have one third part of the
money but this Examt: beleives the said
Letters of Administracon were never
taken out the fraud being discover'd
imediately and further this Examt: Saith
not
