By Virtue of the Order within mentiond I have
fully heard the Parties therein named and
Considerd the matters thereby to me referred and
do award that Mr: John Turner< no role > do pay to Mr.
John Barber< no role > the sume of Eight Pounds in
full discharge of all demands whatsoever that
either party may have against the other
