Warrant under the hands & Seales of two of her Maties. Justices

within the City of London
(one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 22d. day of January now last past were
removed from the parish of St. Anne Aldersgate
London to the
said Parish of St. Sepulchers
London alleadging the said Parish
is the place of the legall Settlemt. of the said Thomas in Baily &
her said three Children;
That your Peticoners doubt not to prove that the said
Thomas in Baily and her 3 Children had no legall
Settlement in the said parish of St. Sepulcher
London
whereby they conceive themselves aggrieved by the
Judgmt. of the said two Justices, and doe humbly appeal
to your honour & Worships thereupon
Your Peticonrs. therefore humbly pray your honour
and Worps wilbe pleased to hear them in ye Pr.misses
and order the Church Wardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said Parish of St. Anne Aldersgate

to appear here before you and hear 3 Abide the
