The Informacon of Daniel Shale< no role > taken upon Oath this
first day of October Ano dni 1711 .

This Informt. deposeth That in or about the month of July
last was a Twelve Months. he met one William Man< no role > at one Mrs.
Ballards in Har [..] Court in Golden Lane who Sollicited, him to goe
a sheiving & printed him that he shou'd never want for victualy
drink nor Mony & other things, and that he the said [..] Man then
prevented upon this Depont. to goe with him, and between Three
& Four of the Clock in the morning the said Man with this
Informt. broke open a Patten makers shop in the Memories and
Stole thereout Two [..] pair of Leather Clopps and the Shopp glass
they were in and that the same goods where conveyed to Mrs.
Shophia Ballard< no role > who every the same knowing them to be stolen
And this Informt. further deposeth, That about three Months
Since the sd. William Main< no role > [..] together with this
Informt. did brack open the dwelling house of one Anne Johnson< no role >
in George yard in White Chappell about Four of the Clock in the
morning from after the was gone out a Nithing, and she [..]
a frack Eight Penter Places & one Fine Holland Shi [..] wch.
were likewise Conveyed to the said Mrs. Ballard who received
the same Knowing them to be stolen, And this Informt.
further deposeth, That about Five or Six Months since to the
Act of his remembrances the said Wm Maw< no role > (together with Andrews
Baines< no role > & John Sutton< no role > lately Executed did Robb Sd. David
Hamilton< no role > war Panridge in the night time as he was trawelling
in a Coach towards London, and stole from him a Di [..]

Wch. goods were Carried to the sd. Mrs. Bullards who next the
same knowing them to be stolen, and deposeth that they after
