the Contents whereof, to say £13 Sterl this Dept
hereby also Deposeth is yet entirely due

maketh [..] that he was great & did see ye [..]

deliver the letter of Attorney to George Newgate< no role >
of the Island of Barbados none [..] for the uses & purposes
therein continued and that hee this Dept as a
witores did subscribe his name & qualificacon
and affix his Seale of Office to ye said Letter
of Attorney as thereby it doth & may appear
