London the 26th. day of June 1708 .

This Informt. saith That on Witsunday last about two of
the clock in the afternoon [..] she being a Lodger with Mrs. Mary
Browne
< no role > wife of William Brown< no role > of the parish of St. Leonard
Shoreditch in the County of Middx Barber she this Informt.
entred the Chamber of the said Mrs. Brown by virtue of
the Key thereof left upon the Kitchin Table wherewth. she
unlock the same and therein brokeupon a Wainscoat
Box of the sd. Mr. Brownes & feloniously tooke thereout
two Silver Porringers two Silver Cupps three Silver Spoones
and Silver Salt & eighteen pence in money wth. goods exceptence ofallthe silver Cuppe this
Informt. sold to Dorothy Deale< no role > for four pounds and five
shillings & gave her the sd. Silver Cup gratis and at the same time told her thattheshe had
stolen the same.
