upon Oath this 19th day of February Anno
Dui 1707

This Informt. upon his Oath deposeth That in November
last he this Informt. together with John Hall< no role > Stephen
Bunce< no role > and Thomas Ellis< no role > did breake open an house an
Peters hill in the night time and did feloniously
Steale two Silver hilted Swords, a large Camblet Coate
a paire of Horse Pistolls and some other goods, and
that Hall and Bunce sold the goods but to whome he
knows not, and that in the same Month of November
this Informt. the said Bunce and Ellis did breake
open an house on the Banck side in Southwarke in
the Night time and did Steale from thence a large Silver
tankerd three Silver Spoones, and three Silver forkes
a Silver handled knife, a westphalia ham, a great
Coate and other goods, and that about twelve Months since
this Informts. Zacharia Fitch< no role > and Thomas Ellis< no role > did breake
open an house in Barbrican about seven or Eight or
Clock at Night and did Steale from thence Severall
Clock Silke hoods and Scarfes, about Eight Yards of
Silver Orrise, and about the same quantity of Silver
Nett lace, and severall Mantua Gownes and other
goods, and sold the same to Sophia Ballard< no role > whoe
knew att the time that she bought the said goods
that they were Stolen, and that about Christmas
last was twelve Months this Informt. Zacharia
Fitch< no role > and Thomas Ellis< no role > did breake open an house in
a Court in Brook Streett about twelve a Clock att
Night and did feloniously Steale from thence, a Sword
a Gowne and petticoate, some head Cloths, a little
Cane and a Riding hood, which they divided amongst
themselves and further this Informt. deposeth that
at severall times he this Informt. together with the
said Zacharia Fitch< no role > and Thomas Ellis< no role > did breake
open in the night time an house in Red lyon Feilds ,
one in See hee , one in St. James Court, one in Garden
Alley in Clerkenwell Green one in Bromley Streett
