one in Bauldings Gardens and one in Kirby Street
and feloniously Stole from theareseverall houses severall goods
and that he this Informt. the said Fitch and Ellis did
get into at a Window up one paise of Staires which was
open, in another house in Bramley Street and feloniously
Stole from thence, severall Gownes and peticoates,
some peices of Silke and other goods, and that he this
Informt. Mary Buck< no role > Thomas Ellis< no role > and Zacharia Fitch< no role >
did breake open an house in Brook Street about twelve
Months since in the night time and Stole from thence
feloniously sixteen Shillings in money some Streets
head Cloths Quilt and other goods, and futher this
Informt. deposeth That about the latter end of December
last he this Informt. Thomas Read< no role > Samuel Bayly< no role >
and Daniel Water< no role > didbreakeattempt to breake a linnen Draper [..] house in Leather Lane
but were disturbed and thereby yor Prvented, and that he

William Lavender< no role > and one Smith broke open a
MercersShophouse neare Royston in the Night
time and Stole from thence about forty shillings
in money, severall peices of Muslin, severall peices
of Holland, and a great Quantity of goods, which they
shared amongst themselves, and that Samuel Bayly< no role >
went and shewed them the house, and them went away, and
afterwards reced part of the money for soe doeing
and that he this Informt. James Bissick< no role > Walter Jones< no role >
William Lavender< no role > and the said Smith did in Septembr
last about twelve a Clock at Night breake open a
warehouse in Royston and feloniously Stole from thence
several Dozens of Brass and kettlers severall Dozens of
pewter Plates several Porridge Potts, Sause panns
and other goods to agre at vallue and that he this
Informt. Walter Jones< no role > the said Smith William Lavender< no role >
and Stephen Bunce< no role > did about October or November
last breake open the house of one Clarke neare
Feversham in Kent about Seven or eight a Clock at
night and feloniously Stole about thirty pounds in
milled money and about twenty pounds in Old money
a halfe board peice of Gold two Silver Parringers
two Silver Spoones and some othergoods, and that he
this Informts. and Daniel Waters< no role > did about the
begining of December last breake open an house in
J Sampson towne about tenn [..] Clock at night and
felloniously stole from thence two or three perridge
