did make an Assault & that the sd Alexander Canoll< no role > with a Certaine swon made Etc which
be Etc the sd Tho: Fenwick< no role > in & upon the right side of his bodydid sdFeloniously Willfully
Etc did Strike & thrust in & did then & there give unto the sd Thomas Fenwick< no role > with the sword
aforesd one Mortall Wound in & upon the sd Right Side of his body near the right
papp halfe an Inch Long & 4 Inches deep of which he Instantly dyed at Creechuch
