Whereas it appears unto as whose hands and Seales are
hereunto sett Two of her Maties Justices of the Peace for
this City Libties thereof (Quor unus) upon the complaint of the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poore of the Parish of All Hallows on
London Wall within the sd City and Libties thereof, That one
Margaret Hounsell< no role > widdow & Relict of Nicholas Hounsell< no role > her
late husband deceased is some lately into the said Parish
endeavouring to settle herself there without giving notice
in writing to the said Church-Wardens & Overseers of the poor
or any of them as by Law is required, and is likely to become
chargeable to the said Parish: And wheras it appears unto
as the said Justices, by a Certificate under the hands of
Thomas Pettit< no role > and Richd. Cole< no role > then Church-Wardens of the
Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the County of Middx
bearing date the Sixteenth day of Novembr. Ano Dni 1672.
as alsoe under the hands of Sevall others of the Inhabitants
of the said Parish & other [..] That the said Nicholas Hounsell< no role > was
at the time of making and signing the said Certificate an
Inhabitant in the said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate , in the County of Middx, and it not appearing
unto us, That the Said Nicholas Hounsell in his lifetime or the
Sd. Margaret Since his decease, have or hath obtain'd any
other legall settlemt. whatsoever since the making and
signing of the Certificate aforesd: Wherefore we the said
Justices does adjudge the sd Parish of St. Giles with Cripplegate
in the County of Middx to be the place of last legall Settlemt.

These are therefore in her Maties Name strictly to charge &
require you the Church-Wardens and Overseeres of the poore of
the sd. Pish of All Hallows on London Wall within this City and
Libties thereof, or some or one of you upon sight hereof, To
remove and Convey the body of the sd. Margaret Hounsell< no role > out
of yor. said Parish unto the said Parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate in the County of Middx , and her deliver unto
the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the poor there, or to Some
of them, who are hereby likewise in her Maties name required
her to receive & pvide for (as occasion Shall require) untill
they shall be of her discharged by due ordr. of Lawe, and
for Soe doeing this shall be yor. Warrante given undr. our hands
and Seales this Second Day of July Ano Dni 1706 Anoq Dni

To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the poore of
the parish of All Hallows on London Wall within this
City and Libties thereof; and to all others whome this
may concerne.
