This Informt. upon his Oath deposeth and
saith That on or abouts Tuesday last a Navy Office Bill
made out to Anne Wilson< no role > for four hundred forty
two pounds Tenn Shillings Which bill is number
239 was Stole out of the Navy Office but by
whome find Informts. knoweth not.

upon Oath this 25th. day of February Anno
Dni 1705.

This Informt. upon his Oath deposeth and Saith
That on Wednesday last a woman whoe went by the
name of Elizabeth Davis< no role > brought a Navy Office
bill number 239 made out to Anne Wilson< no role > for
four hundred forty two pounds tenn Shillings and alsoe
a bill of Late, of the said bill, to her the said Davis
beareing date the fourth of June last, to this Informt,
upon which this Informt. drew a bill upon the Bank
of England for the said Sume and delivered it to her
