Land was Westsmithfield taken upon Oath thisthird
day of Martch Anno Dni. 1704

This Informt. deposeth that for about Seven Yeares since he
has been employed as a (porter by Mr. Thomas Pitkin< no role > This name instance is in set 1254. of
Kings Streete London Lynnendraper And that within these
three months last past he has attended severall Cart loads
of Goods [..] about Twenty or Thirty wch. were sent by the
Sd. Mr Pitkins to ye. house and Warehouse of Mr Thomas
Breenwood
< no role > in on [..] Norfolke street in the strand and also
that he this Informant carryed about twenty Burthens of
Goods by the said Pitkins direction to ye. Sd. Mr. Breenwoods
house and Warehouse An which Goods consisted of Lymer
and Woolen Cloth except two of the Burthens wch. This Informt.
carryed within Consisted wholly of Gold and silver [..] ice
Late of a considerable weight And further this Informt. Sayeth
That on or about the Thirtyeth day of January last past
he this Informt. with another Porter carryed forty two Burthens
of Good consisting of Lynnen Cloths by the Sd. Pitkins Order
from this the said Pitkins house or the house of one Mr. Job
Williams
< no role > in Now Court in Switthins Lane near Lombard Street
great part of which Goods he this Informant saw within
three day after at the house of the said Mr. Breenwood
wch. makes this Informt. beleive That there was a Clandestine
dealing carryed on by a Conspiracy and Combination between
the sd Mr. Pitkins and mr. Breenwood to defraud severall
Persons of great Quantityes of Goods
