The Information of John Gay< no role > Constable of the
Bridge Ward taken upon oath before me this 11th.
day of November 1704

This Informant Saith that he was Called and was
Ordered to Stop the Sd. two Gent. for they had Stuck
Mr. Falkner att which he did over take them and askt
them to goe back to Make Satisfaction for what they
had done att which the said Mr. Walgrave said I did
Strike the blow I will goe and Make Satisfaction with all
my heart but upon the perswaytion of one who saith
his name is John Robinson< no role > who was with the said Gent .
perswaded him not to goe upon which the said Mr.
Walgrave Snatcht his Sowrd out of this Informants
hand and Atempted no Stol him but this Informant
Catch hold of the Sowrd and broke itt
